Is it free to use Kent Home Services?
Yes. Making an enquiry is completely free for homeowners and there is no obligation to go ahead with any quote.
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to get back to you as quickly as possible during opening times (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–1pm).
Who will contact me?
A vetted local tradesperson who covers your area and handles the type of job you need. We only share your details with relevant trades.
Do I have to accept the quote?
No. You are free to decide whether to go ahead. Any agreement for work is between you and the tradesperson.
Can I send photos of the problem?
Yes, you can upload photos in step 5 of our online form. Photos help the tradesperson understand the job before they call.
