1. About us

Kent Home Services operates an introduction service that connects homeowners in Kent with independent local tradespeople. We do not carry out building, plumbing, heating or electrical work ourselves.

2. Using our service

Making an enquiry is free and there is no obligation to accept any quote. Please give accurate information so we can match you with the right professional.

3. Your agreement with the tradesperson

Any contract for work is between you and the tradesperson. They are responsible for the quality of their work, their prices, guarantees and any certificates. We recommend you agree the price and scope of work in writing before work starts.

4. Vetting

We take reasonable steps to check the tradespeople we work with, such as reviewing experience, references and insurance. We cannot guarantee the work of any individual tradesperson.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from work carried out by a tradesperson. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Trade partners

Tradespeople using our partner portal agree to separate partner terms covering lead pricing, credit and conduct.
