- Details you give us in our enquiry, callback and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, a description of the job and any photos you upload.
- Basic technical information such as your browser type, collected by our hosting provider in server logs.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and match you with a suitable local tradesperson.
- To share relevant details of your enquiry with the tradesperson(s) we match you with, so they can contact you about the job.
- To keep records of enquiries and improve our service.
Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in running the service. We never sell your data or share it with unauthorised third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights

Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To make the enquiry form work, your browser may store a copy of enquiries you submit in its local storage on your own device. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address.
